Exchange/Refund Policy

At Coco Rose Beach and Resort Wear, we know that online shopping isn't always a breeze. We get that you can't feel the fabric or try it on before you buy it. That’s why we try to be as accommodating as possible with our return policy.

It reads as this:

Returns: Not thrilled with your purchase? No worries! Just send it back to us or stop by one of our locations within 15 days of your purchase, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all the tags still attached. Easy enough.

We do not cover return shipping or send a return label. Please feel free to choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using tracking to make sure your return gets to us safe and sound. Our return address is at the end of the return instructions. We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.  


ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

Exchanges: Got the wrong size? If we have the size you need, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make sure the right size gets in your hands. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Outbound shipping for your new item will be invoiced once the return is received. Since our inventory changes super-fast, it’s often easiest to buy the size you need and return the original for a refund.

Refunds: Once we get your returned item, we’ll process your refund ASAP. Typically, we handle refunds within 24 business hours of receiving your return.
