Returns: Not thrilled with your purchase? No worries! Just send it back to us or stop by one of our locations within 15 days of your purchase, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Please note that for in-store returns, it will be exchange only. For a refund, you must mail items back to us.

We do not cover return shipping or send a return label. Please feel free to choose the shipping carrier of your choice, but we strongly recommend using tracking to make sure your return gets to us safe and sound. We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial.

Exchanges: Got the wrong size? If we have the size you need, let us know, and we’ll do our best to make sure the right size gets in your hands. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Outbound shipping for your new item will be invoiced once the return is received. Since our inventory changes super-fast, it’s often easiest to buy the size you need and return the original for a refund.  

Refunds: Once we get your returned item, we’ll process your refund ASAP. Typically, we handle refunds within 24 business hours of receiving your return.
